story:
it is about Uday (Siddharth) who is a spoilt brat but a silent cat. He is a rich, happy go-lucky guy who is notorious and believes in today than to think about tomorrow. Sandhya (Shamili) stays alone and is a very responsible girl with strict principles in life. Uday falls for her at the very first sight. He joins her as a paying guest.
On the other hand, Sandhya suffers from cancer. Uday learns about her condition which Sandhya is totally unaware of. He makes her realize her dreams and fulfills her wishes as she is in the last stages. How he makes her happy throughout? How she realizes that there is more to life than just principles, forms rest of the story.
